A one-hour zoom call $150.00 an hour
Holistic Resilience is about building a toolbox of supportive resources for yourself. Share with me what is going on with you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually and I will tailor a buffet of helpful tools for you to practice and take with you on the daily.
A one-month coaching package $650.00
Four hours of consultations can be split up throughout the week. Together we'll design a program that best fits your needs. Co-regulation via text, email, or phone calls is available for your support.
